The simple idea
Like booking a stay on Airbnb — but you post work at the property. Like Uber — nearby people who want to freelance or make extra money claim the job, show up, and get paid.
TaskPine is not a provider directory. The job is the center: post, match, prove, pay.
Product rule
Address + access unlock only after hire and payment secured.
Built-in product tech
Marketplace systems — not a flyer board
Live matching, access locks, and photo proof — the Uber-like layer for STR work.
Access unlock protocol
Codes and Wi‑Fi stay locked until hire and payment are secured.
access: locked → hired
En route → arrived → done
Status timeline with photo proof so hosts track work like a live trip.
pipeline: 4 stages
What gets done
Real property work STR hosts need — and freelancers can earn on.
Turnovers & cleans
Between-guest cleaning when your regular cancels or checkout runs late.
Curb appeal & outdoors
Lawn, snow, leaves, pressure washing — what guests see before they open the door.
Fixes & emergencies
Locks, leaks, guest lockouts, and same-day property help.
Trash & property reset
Bins, junk removal, and post-guest resets so the listing looks ready.
How a job moves
01
Post
Pick a property, choose a service, describe the need, set timing and price — or ask for offers.
02
Match
Nearby freelancers see city + distance, not your door code. They offer, counter, or ask in-app.
03
Complete
You hire, payment is secured, access unlocks, photos prove the work. You approve. They get paid.
Two sides · one marketplace
Need help at the property — or want to make money on it.

Built for trust under pressure
Hosts need help fast without leaking access. Freelancers need clear pay.
Approximate location until hire
Freelancers see city, state, and distance — not your street address — until you choose someone.
Access codes stay locked
Door codes, lockbox info, and Wi‑Fi details unlock only after assignment.
Payment secured before work
Funds are held on the platform until you approve completion.
Proof before payout
Workers upload before/after photos and checklists. You approve, then payout.
Real verification badges
Verified badges appear only when identity, insurance, or license records are verified.
Built for guest pressure
